Plan B:Good or Bad

Kids that have sex should be protected all time. Even if kids get pregnant at the age of 11 or older they should be on birth control. In addition if the first control pill does not work there is a plan b. Plan b is about a second pill to control pregnancy. President Obama and Mrs. Sibelius says that plan b is a good idea because it can help kids all over.
